Job Title: Field Marketer

Job Description

We are an innovative and growing business looking for an experienced Field Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will lead all aspects of our tradeshow strategy and execution, including the organization and booking of 10 tradeshows per year, managing the staff, developing materials, and creating a presence on social media.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least two years of experience in a similar position, as well as a proven track record of successful tradeshow strategy and implementation. We are looking for an individual who is a creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to think outside the box to produce results.


• Lead all aspects of tradeshow strategy and execution, including organization, booking, and scheduling

• Manage the staff that attends the tradeshows

• Develop materials such as booth materials, print materials, and landing pages

• Create a presence on social media before, during, and after the tradeshow

• Enable lead capture at the shows and ensure lead follow-up post shows


• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position

• Proven success in tradeshow strategy and implementation

• Ability to think strategically and creatively

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
