Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales Collateral: Create presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and product sheets to arm the sales team.
- Time-Limited Offers: Develop two time-sensitive offers per month for the sales and success teams, complete with communication templates.
- Training: Facilitate 1-2 monthly trainings for the sales team on product updates and marketing resources.
- Webinars: Host 1-2 webinars per month for prospects and customers, involving the sales team and sharing key insights.
- Trade Shows: Schedule and administer trade show activities, from booth setup to lead capture.
- Market Research: Analyze competitors and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Content Creation: Develop blog posts, articles, and social media content that align with sales objectives.
- Sales Tools Management: Maintain and update the sales enablement platform, ensuring resources are easily accessible.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales enablement initiatives.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement activities and materials.
Note: All results will be tracked for performance evaluation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement or marketing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
