B2B Account Executive

You are a smart, a customer-facing professional who directly contributes to relationship-building, portfolio growth, and revenue generation. We are looking for a sales rep with experience in the B2B SaaS environment or a desire to learn this specialty. There is plenty of room to grow this role within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Closing sales deals with potential customer leads.
  • Leads can be obtained via inbound leads, outbound cold calling, or referrals from existing customers.
  • Conduct product demos and sales pitches to customer leads.
  • Work with the SDR to improve and increase amount and quality of leads.
  • Scale engagement of existing customers to their offices globally
  • Establish, develop and grow new business relationships with new prospects
  • Continuous learning and implementation of best practices and sales strategies
  • Maintaining positive and professional customer relationships for future sales opportunities
  • Timely answer and manage assigned Qualified Leads Follow a clear and defined Qualification Process in the company's CRM.
  • Working towards daily, monthly & quarterly KPI metrics
  • Participate in regular sales meetings
  • Meet or exceed Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual sales objectives

Skills

  • A proven sales professional with 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal communication and active listening
  • Self-motivating with the drive and energy to seek out sales opportunities
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Adapting and working in a dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-Time 35 hours per week. Work from home.

  • Remuneration according to experience
  • Salary base + commission (not capped)
