The Role

We're looking for a marketing coordinator to join our dynamic team and own all marketing aspects of our Auto Dealerships vertical. However, if you have a special interest or experience in one of the other industries we serve, we are open to discussing a different vertical for the right candidate. Prior knowledge of auto dealerships is not necessary, but our goal for the role is to become an expert on how auto dealerships use Keycafe and translate this into marketing materials.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Sales Collateral: Working with the design team coordinate the creation of videos, presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and product sheets to arm the sales team.
  • Time-Limited Offers: Develop two time-sensitive offers per month for the sales and success teams, complete with communication templates.
  • Training: Facilitate monthly trainings for the sales team on product updates and marketing resources.
  • Webinars: Host webinars for prospects and customers, involving the sales/success teams and sharing key insights.
  • Trade Shows: Schedule and coordinate trade show activities, from shipping logistics to lead capture.
  • Market Research: Analyze competitors and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Content Creation: Leveraging AI, develop blog posts, articles, emails, and social media content that align with sales objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales enablement initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement activities and materials.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Fluent in English at a working business level, spoken and written
  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement or marketing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Experience using ChatGPT and other AI tools for marketing.
