Reputation and Media Coordinator
The Reputation and Media Coordinator is responsible for enhancing and protecting Keycafe's brand image. You'll manage media relations, online reviews, and reputation-building initiatives. It's more than a job; it's a chance to be the key to our brand's success!
- Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with major media outlets, ensuring positive coverage.
- Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews, coordinate reputation-building strategies.
- Social Media Management: Enhance Keycafe's presence across various social media platforms.
- Crisis Communication: Act as a point of contact for crisis communications, coordinating responses when necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in media relations or reputation management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with online review platforms and social media channels.
- Multilingual abilities in English, French, Japanese a plus.
