Keycafe is a rapidly growing software company seeking Business Development Representatives to join our outbound sales effort.

You will seek new business opportunities by contacting and qualifying prospects. As the first point of contact, you must rapidly build rapport and educate customers on the benefits of our service.

The ideal candidate has a talent for cultivating relationships and can quickly qualify and convert prospects to opportunities. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a close team environment, we’d like to meet you.

What You'll Do:

  • Work to meet and exceed monthly goals including outbound emails, outbound calls, and meetings
  • Develop ideal customer profiles for outbound prospecting, and build a robust pipeline of prospects
  • Quickly develop an advanced understanding of our product and its application to specific customers
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Leaders to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities

About You:

  • 1 - 3 years experience prospecting via phone and email
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to proactively work within a team
  • Creative, quick and analytical thinker
  • Proficiency with SaaS products
