Job Title: Demand Generation Specialist
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Specialist with a passion for driving measurable results. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Adwords, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You will develop new and innovative strategies for testing and refining our messaging to maximize reach and engagement. You will use data-driven insights and metrics to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement. Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Adwords, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Design and implement A/B testing to refine messaging and identify new opportunities
• Monitor campaigns, track metrics, and report on performance
• Analyze data to uncover insights and identify areas of improvement
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and optimize lead-generation programs
• Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in demand generation and digital marketing
• Strong understanding of A/B testing and data-driven decision making
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
